The Ro Delahanty novels are now on the Shortlist for Best Series of 2023 in the Chanticleer International Book Awards (CIBA) competition. I know it might be confusing. Late last year, I entered two CIBA contests:

– “Sniper’s Day” for the best individual novel in the Suspense Thriller Category.

– And all five of the Ro novels (“Ro’s Handle,” “Hear Evil,” “Losses,” “Secrets Never End” and “Sniper’s Day”) in the Best Series Category.

“Sniper’s Day” has reached the semi-finalists list.

Going forward, that would be the next level for the series (he said, hopefully).
The ultimate winners are announced at the CIBA Author’s Conference in April.
